Established in 2002 by Dr Kuldeep S Sidhu, our AGPAL accredited medical centre has grown to become a trusted healthcare provider for families throughout Hornsby and surrounding areas.

Conveniently located at Suite 1, Lower Ground Floor, The Madison Building on Hunter Street, we're just moments from Hornsby train station and Westfield Hornsby, making quality healthcare easily accessible when you need it most.

Our purpose-built facility features eight consulting rooms, specialist treatment areas, and dedicated spaces including a children's retreat and a specialised baby and women's health area. This thoughtful design reflects our commitment to providing comfortable, family-friendly healthcare in a modern setting.

Our multicultural team of doctors, nurses, and allied health professionals brings together diverse expertise to offer comprehensive medical services under one roof. From routine check-ups and children's health assessments to specialised treatments like iron infusions and travel vaccinations, we provide the full spectrum of general practice care.

We understand that healthcare should be both excellent and accessible. That's why we operate on a mixed billing model, offering bulk-billing on weekdays for children 15 and under, patients aged 70 and above, and concession card holders. Our commitment extends beyond regular hours, with Saturday appointments available and after-hours home GP services accessible through 13 SICK.

No, we do not accept walk-ins. All patients must book an appointment in advance to ensure you can be seen by your preferred doctor.
Urgent results prompt a direct doctor call, non-urgent results generate a text to book an appointment, and normal results require no contact. Results are not given over the phone outside of telehealth consultations.
GP cancellations within 2 hours incur a $50 fee, while allied health cancellations within 24-48 hours may incur charges of 50-100% of the consultation fee.
We bulk bill children 15 and under, patients 70 and over, and concession card holders on weekdays only. All other patients are privately billed.
