Our cancellation policy varies depending on the type of consultation you have booked. For general practitioner consultations, a cancellation fee of $50.00 applies if you cancel less than 2 hours before your scheduled appointment or if you fail to attend without notice.
Allied health consultations have different requirements. For physiotherapy, podiatry, and dietitian appointments, you may be charged up to 50% of the consultation fee if you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment.
Psychology consultations have the strictest cancellation policy. If you cancel within 48 hours, you'll be charged 50% of the total consultation fee. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur the full 100% consultation charge.
To avoid these fees, please cancel or reschedule through your confirmation email, the HealthEngine app, or by calling our reception team with adequate notice.
