Health Assessments in Hornsby

Health Assessments

Take charge of your wellbeing with preventive health checks designed to identify risk factors early and help you live a healthier life. Our Medicare-funded assessments are available for patients aged 40-49 and 75 years and over.

Why Are Health Assessments Important?

Prevention is better than cure, and regular health assessments play a vital role in maintaining your long-term wellbeing.

Health assessments provide an opportunity for your doctor to conduct a thorough review of your physical and mental health. These comprehensive check-ups help identify potential health concerns before they develop into serious conditions.

At The Madison Medical Practice Hornsby, we offer Medicare-funded health assessments tailored to specific age groups. Our experienced health professionals work together to provide personalised care and practical recommendations to help you maintain or improve your health.

Whether you are approaching midlife or enjoying your senior years, a health assessment gives you valuable insights into your current health status and helps you make informed decisions about your lifestyle and healthcare needs.
