For urgent results that require immediate attention, your doctor will call you directly. Non-urgent results that need discussion will prompt a text notification asking you to book an appointment. Normal results typically require no follow-up contact, though you're always welcome to book an appointment if you have questions.
It's important to note that results will not be provided over the phone unless during a scheduled telehealth consultation. We require you to book an appointment to discuss your results with your doctor, as this ensures you receive proper explanation and any necessary follow-up care.
