The Madison Medical Practice Hornsby welcomes Ms Amy Zheng, an expereinced Diabetes Educator. Amy has worked as a registered nurse specializing in chronic disease management since 2007, with a particular focus on diabetes. She furthered her education and is now a Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE), offering care for adults with type 1, type 2, and gestational diabetes.
Amy provides expert advice on self-management strategies to achieve optimal diabetes outcomes. She is skilled in using diabetes technology devices, such as continuous glucose monitoring systems. Additionally, Amy coordinates subjects in the Postgraduate Certificate in Diabetes Education and Management course at UTS.
