From 1st November – Senior GP Registrars to Bulk Bill standard weekday consultations
At The Madison Medical Practice Hornsby, our priority is to provide the highest quality of care to our patients. To achieve this, we have no choice but to operate under a mixed billing model, which allows us to maintain the time and quality needed for thorough, patient-centred care, whilst looking after the vulnerable age groups in our community.
As the Madison Medical Practice Hornsby has been mentoring and training the GPs of the future for over a decade, to help support our growing Hornsby community with the current cost of living pressures, from 1st November 2025, our Senior GP Registrars in training will now Bulk Bill all standard weekday consultations. Out of pocket fees will apply for all surgical procedures and weekend consultations.
